Hi, I’m Justin

I’m a gymnastics and fitness coach, a writer, and a teacher.

I offer personalized remote coaching for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and progress in their movement practice.

I teach workshops about kettlebell training and gymnastics.

I write and create videos to share what I can. Here are links to my fitness articles and my YouTube channel.

I built Inspired Human Development with my philosophical brother Shane. We’re focused on what it means to live a meaningful life beyond physical health and fitness.

I also have a huge passion for travel and living an examined life. My reading, writing, teaching, and extensive travel inspire some interesting (at least to me) thoughts that I share at JustinMLind.com

WORKSHOPS

Your training should be a support system for your life and passions. Traditional gymnastics strength training, animal movements, other calisthenics, and kettlebells are the best tools to train for life.

We’ll work together to design a workshop around your group’s exact needs.

Gymnastics Strength

Workshops in handstands, rings, bar work, pistols, animal/ground flow, mobility, and more. Design a short session around a single movement or choose a comprehensive half or full-day.

Kettlebell FUNDAMENTALS

Kettlebell fundamentals, advanced movements, and programming methodology. For athletes to hone their skills and for coaches to expand their ability to teach kettlebell movements.

ABOUT ME

 
 

My approach to optimal health and fitness stands on a commitment to freedom, fun, and exploration. The deepest physical learning comes from self-discovery and understanding the sensation of a given movement. Both my workshops and private coaching offer “sensational” guidance to create fertile ground that enables and encourages your personal growth.

By committing to a movement practice we can develop a deep awareness of our body. Understanding ourselves physically provides a gateway to introspection and growth in all other areas of our life. I truly believe that movement can change the world.

When I'm not coaching, teaching, writing (or drafting esoteric bios about my coaching philosophy), I love to cook, read, skateboard, snowboard, surf, climb rocks, slackline, and enjoy just about every other imaginable way of experiencing the natural world, moving my body, and scaring myself.
